Richard F. Szczepinski received his B.A. in Economics from Hiram College in 2001. He received his J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2004. While in Law School, he served as an Editor for The Great Lakes Journal of Law, Science, and Policy and focused his law school education on three areas: Small Business, Probate, and Real Property. His current practice continues this focus. Rich focuses his practice on representing small businesses in formation, advisory, and transactional matters. He also devotes significant time to probate matters including estate planning, estate administration, and guardianships. Finally, he has experience in a wide array of real estate issues, including zoning, purchasing, leasing, and eminent domain. Rich is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Rich is also active in the community. He has been an age group swim coach for the Greater Toledo Aquatic Club since 2001 and the Head Swim Coach for Toledo St. Ursula Academy since 2009. In his spare time, Rich enjoys reading, running, and competing in road races and triathlons. In 2007, Rich finished 8th in the USATF National Trail Marathon Championship in Brevard, North Carolina and has qualified to the Boston and New York City marathons. |
